Tropical What-cha-ma-call-it
I wove this brightly colored piece to be a table runner. I thought it would be wonderful on a summer picnic table. Someone else thought it would be a fabulous summer shawl. Coupled with the hat pictured with the same color frillies on top, it could be a scarf. I just know I love the colorplay and the drapey texture.

The hat is knit in a simple white wool in 2/2 rib with a rolled brim, topped with a novelty yarn to give it a little sass.
